Dunia ilmiah adalah kerja pengabdian. Perlu waktu dan upaya untuk konsisten dan gigih dalam meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat. Semakin banyak masyarakat yang teredukasi, semakin besar harapan untuk lingkungan yang lebih kondusif. Dunia saat ini membutuhkan lebih banyak karya ilmiah yang tidak hanya memukau secara konsep tetapi juga dapat berdampak pada masyarakat. Peran perempuan dalam pendidikan sangat luar biasa untuk membangun lingkungan belajar sejak usia dini. Referensi tentang intelektual perempuan sangat terbatas sehingga kita seringkali beranggapan kontribusinya sedikit. Tulisan ini menunjukkan bagaimana pengaruh intelektual perempuan telah memberikan kontribusi yang masif sejak masa Nabi Muhammad SAW. Pergeseran peran perempuan sangat bersifat kontekstual dan bergantung pada pemahaman masyarakat dan kemajuan pembangunan ekosistem pendidikan itu sendiri. Semoga karya masa lalu yang luar biasa dapat menginspirasi kita untuk membangun masyarakat pembelajar yang maju untuk meningkatkan proses pendidikan saat ini.
