Pengabdian Masyarakat melalui Tadabbur Al-Qur’an untuk Meningkatkan Kesehatan Spiritual melalui Integrasi Teknologi Informasi

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui Tadabbur Al-Qur’an memiliki potensi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesehatan spiritual para santri di lingkungan pesantren. Berbagai studi internasional menunjukkan bahwa praktik spiritual seperti pembacaan kitab suci, meditasi, dan kontemplasi reflektif dapat meningkatkan kesehatan mental, menurunkan stres, memperbaiki kualitas hidup, serta memperkuat fungsi neurokognitif. Integrasi teknologi informasi memungkinkan pelaksanaan program yang lebih interaktif dan mudah diakses, termasuk aplikasi digital Al-Qur’an, platform pembelajaran daring, dan media audiovisual interaktif. Artikel ini membahas implementasi program Tadabbur Al-Qur’an berbasis teknologi, dampaknya terhadap kesehatan spiritual, serta analisis literatur global mengenai hubungan antara spiritualitas dan kesehatan.
