Abstract

Community service activities through Tadabbur Al-Qur’an hold significant potential in improving the spiritual health of students in Islamic boarding schools. Various international studies have shown that spiritual practices such as scripture reading, meditation, and reflective contemplation can enhance mental health, reduce stress, improve quality of life, and strengthen neurocognitive function. The integration of information technology enables more interactive and accessible programs, including digital recitation applications, online learning platforms, and interactive audiovisual media. This article discusses the implementation of a technology-based Tadabbur Al-Qur’an program, its impact on spiritual health, and a global literature analysis on the relationship between spirituality and health.
