Digital Learning Co-Creation: A Conceptual Study between University and Learning Hub in Underdeveloped Urban Areas

Artikel ini menyajikan model konseptual ko-kreasi pembelajaran digital antara universitas dan learning hub dalam penyelenggaraan kuliah online sebagai strategi peningkatan akses literasi di wilayah urban kurang berkembang. Latar belakang studi ini berasal dari observasi awal yang dilakukan di Darulfunun Payakumbuh, sebuah institusi berbasis komunitas yang telah memfasilitasi mahasiswa dari berbagai perguruan tinggi untuk mengikuti kuliah daring dengan dukungan ruang belajar, konektivitas, dan pendampingan. Dalam konteks keterbatasan infrastruktur dan fasilitas belajar di rumah, kolaborasi antara institusi pendidikan tinggi dan pusat belajar digital seperti Darulfunun menjadi solusi potensial untuk mengatasi kesenjangan akses pendidikan. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual dengan menggabungkan prinsip ko-kreasi (co-initiation, co-design, co-delivery, co-reflection) dan kerangka Customer Satisfaction, khususnya model ekspektasi-persepsi-reaksi terhadap layanan pembelajaran digital. Pembahasan diarahkan pada desain fasilitas bersama, mekanisme kolaborasi yang adaptif, serta pengukuran kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kualitas dan akses layanan kuliah daring. Studi ini menghasilkan model konseptual yang dapat dijadikan rujukan untuk riset lanjutan dan pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan tinggi berbasis komunitas, dengan implikasi pada peningkatan literasi digital dan kesetaraan akses pendidikan tinggi di wilayah marjinal.
